Q: Are your ads accounts really suspension proof?
A: Our ad accounts have an exceptionally low risk of suspension without valid or justified reasons. To date, fewer than 2% of our clients' accounts have been suspended, despite adhering to Google's policies.

Q: How long do your accounts last without suspension?
A: All the accounts we have provided to our clients have proven to be long-lasting, with suspensions occurring only in cases of Google Ads policy violations and very few suspensions despite adherence to Google Ads policies (under 2%).

Q: Will I own the accounts provided by your services?
A: The accounts we provide operate under our invoicing payment method and are owned by us. It's important to note that the stability of the ads account is mainly tied to the payment method, which is why we are able to provide accounts that have a very low risk of suspension. However, we will grant you full access to these accounts, excluding the payment settings.

Q: If I'm running ads on your premium account, can I also run the same campaigns on my own ads account?
A: Running campaigns similar to those of our premium ads accounts on your own ads account leads to suspension—not only of your account but also of our premium ads account. This is why we strongly discourage such activity, as it creates a permanent risk to the campaigns running under our premium ads account, preventing our clients from running those campaigns again in the future.

Q: Can I run unsupported/prohibited campaigns on your accounts?
A: We do not offer premium accounts to clients who intend to run ads without adhering with Google Ads policies. We exclusively work with clients whose ads align with Google Ads policies. Our service is meant specifically for those whose accounts have been suspended despite complying with these policies. To ensure ongoing compliance, we conduct monthly reviews of our clients' websites.

Q: Can I try your premium ads account before advertising properly?
A: We understand that you may have doubts about running your ad campaigns on our premium ad accounts. To address this, we offer a trial session where you can test our premium account with a small top-up of just €10. Once your campaign runs smoothly and successfully, you can proceed with our standard pricing plans.

Q: I still have balance from the previous month. Will it be included in the commission calculation for the current month's top-up?
A: The commission tiers are determined by the monthly top-ups, not the total balance in the ads account. For instance, if you have €5,000€ in remaining credit from the previous month and add a €15,000 top-up, bringing the total to €20,000, the commission calculation will be based solely on the current month's top-up of €15,000.

Q: My Premium Ads account got suspended and I can no longer continue advertising. Will I get the remaining balance reimbursed?
A: We will reimburse the remaining balance in your ads account, including the commission. For example, if you initially topped up €11,400 (which includes a 14% commission) and still have €5,000 remaining in your account, we will reimburse €5,700 (including the 14% commission).
